If you are beginning treatment at Pathway or Impact Healthcare or Impact Behavioral Counseling, our front desk supervisor will greet you with a smile as you check in at the front desk.
We first work with you to alleviate the financial burden of treatment by exploring payment options and confirming your insurance. We will then have you complete your history questionnaire and review the client handbook.
Please expect to provide a urine drug screen and blood to be drawn for a comprehensive metabolic panel and HIV/HEP screening.
Once that is complete, you will meet with the provider for your consultation, assessment, and medical exam. Prescriptions will be provided as needed.
You will also meet your assigned counselor before departure.
Our front desk supervisors will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding payment types. We accept Medicaid, private insurances, and can pay options.
We accept payments by cash, debit, or credit cards. We, unfortunately, cannot accept personal checks. We do gladly accept insurance and will assist in verifying that your policy covers our services. Please ask when making your initial appointment if we take your insurance carrier.
